Nothing it is perfect.

I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and even though the reception was closed, the hosts went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They left a personal envelope with a key and welcome pages, which was a special and thoughtful touch. The location of the hotel was easy to find and only a short distance from the main bus station. The room I stayed in had a beautiful lake view and a terrace where I could enjoy the sunrise and sunset with a cup of coffee. The staff, especially Maria, was friendly, kind, and always ready to help. The breakfast at the stylish restaurant with lake view seats was also a highlight. my stay at New Elvezia was unforgettable due to its cozy atmosphere and warm hosting from Maria.

There was noise at night due to the echo in the plaza below our window, which made it difficult for us to sleep well. Additionally, the room temperature was quite hot, and even though there was a fan, it was broken.
